LIT Method (founded by Justin & Taylor Norris; Los Angeles, CA; established 2015) Low-impact exercise equipment, digital fitness platform, recovery tools

Client requirements

Gadget Street 2.0 is a unique chit-fund-based e-commerce mobile application that allows users to purchase products via installment-based payments within a community-driven pool system. The application integrates a social commerce model, where users participate in chit-fund games on live social media platforms, with winners receiving product deliveries while the remaining members continue their installment payments. Additionally, the app offers a second-hand product marketplace, giving users the flexibility to buy and sell items
Project goals & objectives

The objective of Gadget Street 2.0 was to create an alternative e-commerce model where users could purchase new gadgets in groups through a chit-fund system. Instead of traditional lump-sum payments, users pay in installments while engaging in a social commerce experience via live platforms.

The app also incorporates a second-hand product marketplace, allowing users to buy and sell pre-owned gadgets in a structured and secure manner.

Research & Insights

We analyzed the client’s competitive landscape to understand positioning gaps and opportunities.

To ensure the solution aligned with real user needs, we conducted structured user research through stakeholder interviews, analytics review, usability audits, and competitor benchmarking.

Our research revealed:

  • Users were struggling to navigate key service pages due to unclear information hierarchy.
  • Mobile visitors represented over 65% of total traffic, yet the previous interface was not fully optimized for mobile usability.
  • Drop-offs were highest during form submissions, indicating friction in the conversion journey.
  • Users preferred quick access to pricing, features, and trust signals before making contact decisions.

These findings helped us prioritize simplicity, clarity, and conversion-focused design improvements.

CEO & Entrepreneur, Valerio Consulting Group

I had a great working experience with Weavers Web Solutions. They designed my company's website and they did a great job. I worked really well with their project manager, Souvik, as well as account manager, Steve, who always were available to me and open to my feedback. They are a hardworking, detail-oriented, and kind team who I strongly recommend and I am happy to work with them in the future.
