Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of high-quality, user-centric, and scalable UI/UX solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
  • Establish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability across all platforms.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to refine designs and enhance overall user experience.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to the design team, fostering skill development and innovation.
  • Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements And Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in UI/UX design and product development.
  • Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and a strong understanding of design systems, usability principles, and interaction design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating user-centric, visually appealing, and scalable digital experiences.
  • Proven experience leading design teams and managing projects from concept to execution, with strong mentorship and feedback abilities.
